Our Protein Data Bank
Wellcome to our Protein Data Bank. Here you can find 15 proteins encoded in
the HP Dill's model. All of the available proteins are folded on a 2D triangular lattice
in its optimum folding and its length vary from 12 to 37 aminoacids.
To encode each folding structure we use a secuence of symbols. Each symbol belongs of {0,1,2,3,4,5,6}
where 0 represents the first aminoacid position of the protein and the other symbols
represent the remainder aminoacids positions.
The relationship between a (relative) position and its symbol is shown below.
The instance length, the maximum bonds, the encoded structure and the folding are available
for each protein of our bank.
